No. Vintiga charges one flat monthly price based on your DTC revenue tier — never a percentage of what you sell. The only per-transaction cost is standard card processing, passed through at cost, the same as any payment processor charges because the card networks charge it — not something we mark up.
We've replaced the standalone Connect layer with full platform access at every tier — guest intelligence, memberships, reservations, and marketing, not just the POS layer. Your new price reflects that, and because you're already running commerce with us, your one-time setup fee is fully waived.
